What if I forget to make a payment?
Go to My Account and check the balance on your account.

Depending on how low your balance is you may need to make a payment. You can now make a one-time credit card payment over the web by selecting Update Personal Information and then One-Time Payment. You will need your account number and password to check your account.

How can I pay for my account?
The most convenient method is to automatically replenish your account by credit card. Login to your account and go to Update Personal Information, Add/Update Credit Card Info and complete Option 1 to change to a credit card replenishment method.

You may also pay by check or money order. Checks and money orders should be made out to Palmetto Pass and mailed to:

You may also pay in person at the Cross Island Parkway Customer Service Center.

What happens if my account balance reaches zero?
Do not use your Palmetto Pass until your account has been replenished. Take the transponder out of the vehicle or place it in the “read prevent” bag. Failure to comply with this requirement will result in a violation and the associated administrative fees.

Change your replenishment method to credit card to assure an adequate account balance. If you are a credit card customer, your account will be replenished whenever the account balance falls below the replenishment point.

I currently replenish my account by cash or check and want to switch to credit card. How can I change my replenishment?
Login to your account and go to Update Personal Information, Add/Update Credit Card Info and complete Option 1 to immediately convert your replenishment method to credit card.
How can I change the credit card on my account?
Login and go to Update Personal Information, Add/Update Credit Card Info and complete Option 1.
How can I update the expiration date for my credit card?
Login and go to Update Personal Information, Add/Update Credit Card Info and complete Option 2.
What if I lose the credit card I use to pay my Palmetto Pass account?
First report the lost card to the credit card issuing company. Then, Login to your account and go to Update Personal Information, Add/Update Credit Card Info and complete Option 1. If you continue to use your Palmetto Pass without replenishing a negative account balance, you may be charged the toll and an administrative fee.
Can I see the last payment credited to my account?
Login to your account and go to Account Information.
I am a credit card customer. Why am I seeing a low balance light when I go through a toll lane?
Your credit card provider may not have authorized a charge to your credit card. If your credit card has expired Login to your account and go to Update Personal Information, Add/Update Credit Card and select Option 2. On this same page you also have the option to change the credit card on your account or add a secondary card to your account in the event your primary card is declined.
